主要职责

  1. 与科研团队合作开展学术研究,阅读并整理重要国内外研究期刊的学术论文。

  2. 参与科研项目申报、组织与管理、国内外学术交流联络与协调,保证信息传达准确、关系顺畅。

  3. 协助完成科研项目的日常管理工作,包括但不限于项目的资金流水记录、资料整理、会议组织等。

  4. 协助完成国内外访问学者的日常安排工作,包括但不限于接待、住宿、交通、会议组织等。

  5. 完成研究组负责人交办的其他事项。

要求

  • 学位要求本科及以上。

  • 具备良好的英文阅读、写作能力。

  • 具备数学、物理或计算机科学等相关专业背景。

  • 有国内外学术发表经历者优先。

  • 具备行政经验和优秀的中文撰写能力者优先。

PI Introduction

Xin Wang is an Associate Professor at the Thrust of Artificial Intelligence, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou). He is a recipient of the National Young Talents Project. He has served as an editor of Quantum, as well as a reviewer for several top-tier journals and conferences, including Nature Communications and Physical Review Letters. Main Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the research team to conduct academic research, read and organize academic papers from important domestic and international research journals.

  2. Participate in research project application, organization and management, domestic and international academic exchange liaison and coordination to ensure accurate information dissemination and smooth relations.

  3. Assist in the daily management of research projects, including but not limited to project fund flow records, data collation, and conference organization.

  4. Responsible for the daily arrangements of domestic and foreign visiting scholars, including but not limited to reception, accommodation, transportation, and conference organization.

  5. Complete other tasks assigned by the principle investigator.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.

  • Proficient in English reading and writing.

  • Background in mathematics, physics, computer science, or related fields.

  • Priority will be given to candidates with academic publication experience both domestically and internationally.

  • Priority will be given to candidates with administrative experience and excellent Chinese writing skills.
